 1.     Where to ask for Refund? How soon shall I get my money back?

Paid through PayPal: You can contact us by Livechat or E-mail,We refund your payment upon your request IN NO TIME. A PayPal refund is supposed to be instant and should hit your account balance in just a few minutes.

2.     Do I need to register for an membership account on your website to place my order?

No, You don't need to register for a membership account at Bymmo before you order.

3.     Does Bymmo support price matching?

Sorry, we don't support price matching. Our price depends on the demand and supply in this market. We have been attempting to lower our price once and again to keep a competitive edge. If you find that our price is outrageous at this point, you may like to check back later.

4.     Why do I have to enter my credit card number when paying via Paypal?

 The buyer would be asked to enter the credit card number initially if it is not a confirmed shipping address providing to complete the transaction. It actually could be a number of reasons Paypal will need to look at the buyer account or payment attempt to verify the reason. You may contact Paypal and they will be more than happy to explain this in detail for you.

5.     Do you accept debit cards?

If the debit or checking card has a holographic logo on it, they are generally accepted. If the card is not a Visa or MasterCard, it may not be accepted.

6.     How do I pay with my credit card without using PayPal?

We do offer the option to pay using a credit card outside of PayPal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to PayPal you will be presented with an option to pay with your PayPal account or an independent credit card. The option to use a credit card is available.

Order Questions

 7.     How long does it take for me to get the gold after I have made the payment?

 Most orders will be delivered in 15-45 minutes. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 2 hours of the time you placed your order, please write to us. We have staff processing orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For payments other than Paypal / Credit cards, we will only process your orders when payment clears.

8.     I check and confirm your stock before placing my order, but after long times you guys also say out of stock when processing my order?

We are extremely sorry about the awful situation and let's say this is really a rare scenario though it may sometimes happen. It might be the case that, as luck would have it, other customers move our stock just minutes or even seconds before you pay the order since our inventory fluctuates drastically as we do process tons of orders on a minute basis.  We manually refund out-of-stock order that could not be filled within 20 days if the order was paid through PayPal. 

 

10.   Where do i add my informations when i place my order of powerleveling and what informations should be included?

You can add your information in the comment form, and the informations include account/password/character name/country/ream. IF you have any other requirements, please leave them in the comments form, we will try best to meet all your demands.

11.   What information should I include with my payment?

You must include your character's name, server and faction to avoid unnecessary delays. Cause we will be unable to deliver gold without your character name.

12.   How are you going to transfer the gold I bought to my character?

Gold you ordered will be transfered to your character via in-game mailing system. Gold will arrive at your mailbox almost instantly .
